About Brandon
Brandon Hayward is one-half owner of Steadfast Mechanical. He is also Lead Service Technician/Installer, with over 17 years experience. Brandon has worked for a lot of “big” HVAC companies and decided it was time to venture off on his own.
Brandon is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom, and is the proud father of three amazing children.

About Cory
A locally born and raised Arizonan, our Service Technician Cory Kokaliares began his HVAC career in new construction. His years of experience include new whole system installations, residential and commercial service, and maintenance.
Cory enjoys spending time with his wife, and their 3-year-old son. His hobbies include riding dirt bikes, playing guitar, and wrenching on mechanical equipment.

About Skyla
Skyla is the daughter of Brandon Hayward, the Co-Owner of Steadfast Mechanical. Skyla handles all the scheduling and is who you speak to on the phone, she has worked in customer service and office work in the past and has enjoyed learning all things HVAC.
Skyla likes to spend her free time with her family and watch her daughter grow and learn new things every day.
